18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (i) patients with clinically confirmed breast cancer; (ii) spouses who are responsible for primary caregiving; (iii) spouses who have no cognitive impairment, history of psychiatric disorders, and are able to communicate normally; (iv) those who are informed about their condition and who voluntarily participate in the study; and (v) at least one of the spouses who has access to a telephone or cellular phone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (i) either of the patient's spouses is unaware of the disease; (ii) the caregiver has a serious physical or mental illness of their own; (iii) one of the patient's spouses is unwilling to communicate or refuses to participate.
