Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be eligible for the study, patients with recurrent acute pancreatitis must meet all of the following inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 55; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis, meet the diagnostic criteria for recurrent acute pancreatitis, and the severity is judged to be mild: (1) Diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis: 1) acute, persistent abdominal pain; 2) serum amylase activity increased to 3 times the upper limit of normal value; 3) Imaging examination indicated morphological changes of pancreas; Patients who meet at least two of the three diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis can be diagnosed with AP. (2) Diagnostic criteria for recurrent acute pancreatitis: 1) meet the diagnostic criteria for acute pancreatitis; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria for RAP, that is, acute pancreatitis has no less than 2 attacks, each attack can be basically cured, the interval between the two attacks is more than 3 months, and there is no morphological change of chronic pancreatitis; 3. Currently not participating in other research projects; 4. Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 5. Good compliance; 6. The onset time was less than 12 hours; To be eligible for the study, healthy volunteers must meet all of the following inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 55; 2. Currently not participating in other research projects; 3. Agreed to participate in the study and signed the informed consent; 4. Good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other causes of pancreatitis, such as biliary pancreatitis and alcoholic pancreatitis; 2. Colon cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, necrotizing enterocolitis, celiac disease and other gastrointestinal diseases; 3. Suffering from serious organic diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and stroke; 4. Physical disability, or other causes of life can not take care of themselves, can not clearly recall, answer questions.
