Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy people aged 18 to 60 years old with no contraindications to gastroscopy. All patients signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for participants in the study included individuals who were allergic to experimental drugs, those with upper digestive tract bleeding, esophageal stenosis, pyloric obstruction, or gastric retention, a history of esophageal, gastric, or duodenal surgery, patients with liver and kidney dysfunction, esophageal, gastric, or duodenal ulcers, esophageal or gastric cancer, pregnant or lactating women, gastrolithic patients, and those requiring endoscopic treatment.
