MMI monotherapy group:MMI treatment, recommended starting dose of MMI according to domestic and international guidelines

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Newly diagnosed GD patients who have not received previous ATD treatment; (2) Age>18 years old; (3) Informed consent to join this study; (4) Initial tolerance to ATD treatment: white blood cells>3.0G/L, neutrophils>1.5G/L, ALT and AST<120U/L.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women; (2) History of hemolytic anemia or glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency in the past; (3) Have used antibiotics or probiotic products in the past three months.
