esketamine group:0.5 mg/kg esketamine + 0.375% ropivacaine

Control group:0.375% ropivacaine

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-term primigravid ASA physical status?patients, aged 20-40yr, with body mass index =35kg/m2, scheduled for elective cesarean section under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe obstetric complications, history of hypertension, history of bronchial asthma, history of previous mental illness and use of psychotropic drugs, history of epilepsy, history of drug addiction and allergies, heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction
