Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet these diagnostic criteria for hip fracture. ? Meet one of the above diagnoses of TCM hip fracture. ? Age is 65 years, gender is unlimited. ? Patients were hospitalized within 24h after the hip fracture. ? Patients who underwent surgery after hospitalization. ? The front row was normal without any defecation-promoting drugs. ? The patient volunteered to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with organic intestinal lesions and a history of digestive tract and anal surgery. ? Severe cardiovascular, hepatic and renal dysfunction and various hemorrhagic diseases. ? Patients with mental illness, severe cognitive dysfunction, or people with language and communication disorders. ? There are skin rupture or obvious external injury at the treatment site. ? Allergic constitution. ? Patients who have taken antibiotics or nearly a month and who have taken psychotropic or hormone drugs for a long time.
