Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation; 2. Standardized training nurses in neurology department.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. quit the study midway; 2. Nurses who were transferred from the department of Neurology or sick maternity leave for more than 3 months during the study period.
