Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients undergoing liver resection, aged 18-70 years old; 2. The patient has the conditions for surgery (without serious heart, lung and kidney dysfunction, preoperative hypertension and diabetes are well controlled, etc.) and is determined to receive primary hepatocellular carcinoma resection; 3. Preoperative Child Pugh classification is A or B; 4. The main surgeon must hold the title of deputy chief physician or above, ensuring the quality of the surgery; 5. The research subjects have normal intelligence, clear consciousness, and are willing to participate in the research project.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with fever or infection one week before surgery; 2. Patients with limb joint dysfunction three months before surgery; 3. Patients who received interventional, immunobiological, and other treatments one month before surgery; 4. Patients who undergo abdominal exploration without any surgical procedures; 5. Patients with extensive liver cancer metastasis who have not undergone partial liver resection; 6. Patients who underwent intestinal and limb joint surgery before March; 7. Severe visual and auditory impairments may affect the ability of those who cannot correctly understand and answer educational content; 8. Patients undergoing emergency liver resection surgery; 9. Patients with other serious diseases such as heart failure, silicosis, hematological malignancies, and intellectual disabilities.
