Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Autistic patients who have undergone at least two WMT treatments in the Department of Gastroenterology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. Inclusion Criteria: (1) Diagnosed with autism: meet the United States DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism; (2) Age at the time of signing the informed consent: 2-18 years old (excluding the cut-off value) autistic patients; (3) Gender: unlimited; (4) Inpatients in the Department of Gastroenterology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Pharmaceutical University, accompanied by a guardian; (5) Cooperate with bowel preparation; (6) The patient/family member agrees to participate in this trial and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parents of children who are unable to cooperate with the relevant questionnaires and scales; (2) Patients undergoing other clinical studies at the same time; (3) Suffering from other brain diseases and abnormal judgment ability; (4) Patients with serious heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease and other major diseases.
