Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 18-75 years old 2: Preoperative pulmonary CT was completed, and the CT images clearly belonged to patients with lung nodules with a diameter =3cm that could not be defined 3: Preoperative examinations such as coagulation time, electrocardiogram, routine blood routine, lung function and blood gas analysis were completed; enhanced chest CT excluded hemangioma without related contraindications; patients and their families agreed to tracheoscopy and signed informed consent before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Patient's clinical data were missing 2: There is a risk of heavy bleeding or recent use of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs; 3: Patients with major organ dysfunction (heart, lungs, etc.) that is difficult to tolerate bronchoscopy or arrhythmia or uncontrolled hypertension; 4: CT indicates a high probability of malignancy requiring surgery or a high probability of benign requiring regular follow-up.
