Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children aged <5 years old; (2) Elderly individuals aged =65 years old; (3) Patients aged =5 years old and <65 years old accompanied by the following diseases or conditions: chronic respiratory system diseases, cardiovascular system diseases (excluding hypertension), kidney disease, liver disease, blood system diseases, nervous system and neuromuscular diseases, metabolic and endocrine system diseases, malignant tumors, immune function suppression etc.; (4) Obese individuals [Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 30]; (5) Pregnant women and postpartum period women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who are unable to follow the study protocol, including those with mental illnesses, etc. (2) Those who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
