Oxycodone Group(Group O):30min before the end of surgery, 0.1mg/kg oxycodone was diluted to 10ml with normal saline and slowly injected intravenously.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women undergoing gynecological surgery aged 18-60 years 2. ASA I-II 3. Elective gynecologic laparoscopy or uterine laparoscopy for uterine-related operations, such as myomectomy, hysterectomy, etc.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Drug contraindications, allergies (e.g., severe hypertension, glaucoma, high cranial pressure) 2.Drug abuse history 3. A history of significant neurological symptoms such as dizziness, headache, and blurred vision 4. Patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and severe apnea syndrome 5. Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery during pregnancy or lactation 6. Patients who refuse to participate
