Interventions

Quantitative Verification Group:No intervention, only preoperative three-dimensional facial photographs will be collected.
Qualitative Verification Test Group:Without intervention, facial prediction is conducted prior to surgery, and anxiety, psychological state, and facial satisfaction scales are completed before surgery
Qualitative Verification Control Group:Without intervention, no facial prediction is conducted prior to surgery, and anxiety, psychological, and facial satisfaction scales are completed before surgery

16 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with skeletal Class II/III dentofacial deformities; 2) Those who have completed routine preoperative orthodontic treatment and have not yet removed the orthodontic brackets at the postoperative follow-up time points; 3) Individuals undergoing single-jaw or bimaxillary surgery; 4) Aged between 16 and 45 years; 5) With an education level of primary school or above and without cognitive impairments.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Underwent other plastic surgery treatment during the follow-up period; 2) Individuals with obvious facial asymmetry deformities; 3) Secondary jaw deformities due to trauma, tumors, cleft lip and palate, temporomandibular joint ankylosis, etc. 4) With a history of mental illness.
