18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years and <80 years. Meet the diagnosis criteria for HAP (Hospital-Acquired Pneumonia) or CAP (Community-Acquired Pneumonia) with positive sputum culture results. Received invasive mechanical ventilation treatment for at least 48 hours.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medical records with incomplete or missing key information. Exclusion of mechanical ventilation due to reasons other than pulmonary infection. Sputum cultures not obtained from endotracheal or tracheostomy tubes. ICU stay of less than 2 days. Unauthorized cases or cases not meeting the ethical review standards of the study. If a patient is admitted multiple times during the study period, only data from the first ICU admission will be included for analysis, and all other admissions will be excluded.
