Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed diagnosis of necrosis of femoral head, significant pain in the hip joint, and poor results of conservative treatment; 2. Age 18-65 years old; 3.The extent of necrosis of femoral head does not exceed 50% of the volume of the femoral head; 4. ARCO staging of necrosis of femoral head is stage II or III, without acetabular side involvement and degeneration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. acetabular side cartilage wear and osteoarthritis; 2. hip rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory arthropathy involving the whole joint; 3. hip dysplasia; 4. hip dislocation or subluxation; 5. neuromuscular system lesions, quadriceps muscle strength disorders, etc.; 6. the patient's general condition is poor, cardiorespiratory failure, and other reasons can not tolerate the operation.
