18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-85 years old; 2) Patients diagnosed with non-valvular atrial fibrillation in the Department of Cardiology of our hospital, with adequate preoperative anticoagulation and indications for radiofrequency ablation; 3) complete sleep apnea monitoring during preoperative preparation; 4) Complete routine transthoracic ultrasound and ultrasound wall motion analysis during preoperative preparation; 5) Intracardiac ultrasound (ICE) during radiofrequency ablation; 6) Voluntarily follow the follow-up and evaluation procedures of this trial and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age younger than 18 years old, older than 85 years old; 2) there are contraindications to radiofrequency ablation of atrial fibrillation; 3) Presence of sleep disturbance or insomnia; 4) Cognitive dysfunction, inability to sign informed consent, refusal of follow-up.
