Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Histologically or cytologically confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer. Undergone surgery related to lung cancer. Age 60 years or older. Voluntarily agreed to participate in this study and signed the informed consent form. Possess the ability to read and understand.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unable to correctly understand and answer questions due to mental or intellectual factors. Concurrently diagnosed with malignant tumors in other parts of the body. Unaware of their true medical condition. Presence of severe diseases in vital organs.
