Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age of 18-60 years old; ? Clinical diagnosis of epidermal or mixed melasma; ?Fitzpatrick skin classification ?-?; ? voluntary enrollment and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There are other skin diseases in the treatment area, especially atopic dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, rosacea and other diseases with impaired skin barrier; ? the local wound or other surgery planned in the near future; ? Failing to follow the doctor's advice for skin care and strict sun protection after operation; ? pregnant and lactating women; ? Allergic to any component of azelaic acid complex acid; ? Aggravating or inducing chloasma factors such as thyroid disease, female reproductive system disease and liver disease; ? Mental patients/psychological disorder/emotional instability; ? Patients who needed to take other drugs (such as contraceptives, isotretinoin, etc.) that affected the efficacy of chloasma during the study; ? received photoelectric therapy within 3 months ? Systemic use of tranexamic acid, glutathione and other whitening agents within 3 months; ? Topical application of other topical whitening agents such as hydroquinone and tretinoin within one month; ? Unstable illness and sunburn; ? Subjects who were assessed by the study physician as not suitable for enrollment.
