Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) single pregnant women (2) Pregnant women who were found to have painless uterine dilation during 15-26 weeks of pregnancy (3)Informed consent to cervical cerclage as a treatment (4) Be willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Multiple pregnancy ? The cervical is not dilated ? Clear infection or chorioamniotic infection ? Uterine contractions can not be suppressed, abortion is inevitable ? the fetal membrane has ruptured before operation ? Placental abruption or vaginal bleeding ? Choose non-surgical treatment.
