Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was clinically diagnosed with Parkinson's disease; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Patients or family members sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of dementia or mental illness known to interfere with study participation; 2. The patient does not have enough reading or cognitive skills to use a cell phone or fill out a questionnaire.
