Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students in grades 3-4 of the Primary School Affiliated to Ningde Normal University. and rely on the parent association to seek parental consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, severe joint diseases, and severe internal diseases are not suitable for this study after medical evaluation hit the trainers.
