Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Heart failure patients aged 18 or above; 2. Insufficient response to intravenous diuretics and/or vasodilators, manifested as dyspnea at rest or mechanical ventilation, and oliguria without hypovolemia; 3. Use levosimendan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. AF before levosimendan therapy; 2. Ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation within the previous 2 weeks; 3. Treatment with other inotropic agents, such as dotamine, dobutamine, or milrinone, during hospitalization; 4. Heart failure due to hypertrophy, restrictive cardiomyopathy, or uncorrected stenotic valvular disease; 5. Systolic blood pressure =120 beats/min at rest; 7. Severe renal and hepatic insufficiency, acute respiratory distress syndrome, or septic shock.
