Age
40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. PS score 0-2, KPS score = 70, expected survival time>6 months; 3. No previous or current mental illness or consciousness disorders; 4. Good compliance, agree to receive follow-up in the future.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other cancers or severe physical illnesses; 2. Poor compliance; 3. Low cultural level, unable to read and understand, or unable to comprehend the content of the scale after repeated explanations; 4. The dialect is too severe to communicate and conduct interviews; 5. Expected survival time<6 months.
