Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the definition of metabolic acidosis (MA), MA occurs for the first time after admission; 2. Age between 28 days and 18 years old; 3. Acid correction or dialysis treatment has not been given, and the treating physician believes that at least one intravenous bicarbonate is needed Infusion therapy; 4. Informed consent of guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The condition is serious and on the verge of death, who died within 6 hours after enrollment; 2. After evaluation, it is impossible to complete the planned blood gas indicator monitoring and research indicator evaluation; 3. Poisoning due to exogenous acidic substances; 4. Patients with incomplete baseline data.
