Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age range is from 1 month to 18 years 2. Stay in ICU =24h 3. Obtain the informed consent of the patient's guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Continuous coma or deep sedation, with RASS < -3 score 2. He has a history of mental illness or mental retardation 3. People with severe audio-visual impairment 4. Introneural and surgical patients 5. Check-in PICU time <24 hours
