Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (All of the following conditions are also met) (1) Admission diagnosis was consistent with the COPD guidelines revised by the Respiratory Disease Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2021 [70]; (2) The results of the drinking water test were ? and ?; (3) Age: patients aged 60 or above according to the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly; (4) Stable vital signs, clear consciousness, ability to understand and execute simple instructions issued by researchers, and ability to communicate effectively; (5) Patients fully understand the content and purpose of this study, and voluntarily sign informed consent and agree to participate in this study; (6) One patient or family member can use wechat.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (Excluded if any of the following is met) (1) Diseases at risk for swallowing disorders include neurological disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease, patients with a history of tracheotomy, and patients with head and neck tumors; (2) Persons with visual, hearing or speech impairment; (3) People with cognitive disabilities; (4) Participate in other researchers; (5) Incomplete data collection; (6) Patients with less than 12 days in hospital.
