Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (a) Pathological confirmation of gastric adenocarcinoma by gastroscopic biopsy; (b) Meet the inclusion criteria of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, i.e., locally advanced gastric cancer (cT3-4 and/or N+) without distant metastases as assessed by imaging before treatment, with a complete cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (stage 2-4) with standardized process and complete clinicopathological information; (c) Surgical resection followed by neoadjuvant chemotherapy with complete pathological evaluation; (d) multi-time series and multi-period enhanced CT images at two time points before neoadjuvant chemotherapy (baseline) and early (after 2 cycles) of neoadjuvant chemotherapy; (e) Biopsy pathology H&E section.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (a) Patients who have not undergone a full cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy or who have not undergone surgical resection; (b) Patients with missing or incomplete clinical information, baseline and post-treatment time-series CT images and biopsy pathological data; (c) Poor CT or pathological image quality; (d) Patients with distant metastases.
