Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria of Pediatrics (Wang Weiping et al., 8th edition, People's Medical Publishing House) : preterm infants with gestational age < 37 weeks and birth weight <1500g; 2. The primary guardians of premature infants are their parents, who are mentally normal and lucid, and agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants with severe malformation; 2. The investigator explained that the parents refused to cooperate; 3. Preterm infants or their parents are participating in or have participated in relevant trial research projects within the last 30 days.
