Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.After TAVR 2.NYHA cardiac function rating is lower than grade IV 3.Patient informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Bone and joint diseases or cognitive disorders that affect movement; 2.Peripheral vascular diseases, renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, etc.
