Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the ICU, APACHE II score>8 points 2. Patients with severe acute kidney injury undergoing CRRT treatment 3. Age>18 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Near death or severe shock resuscitation failure 2. Patients with severe liver dysfunction or terminal stage malignant tumors 3. GCS score of 3 points for severe cerebrovascular disease or traumatic brain injury patients 4. Patients with end-stage renal disease who need long-term maintenance dialysis 5. Received RRT treatment before admitted the ICU this time
