Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, women with singleton pregnancy (gestational age >= 37 weeks) undergoing elective cesarean section.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA=?,SBP 140mmHg, height 170 cm, age 40 years, obesity (body mass index =35kg/ m^2), allergy to phenylephrine or metaraminol , gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, intraspinal anesthesia contraindications, placenta previa, rupture of fetal membrane, fetal congenital malformations, etc

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Umbilical artery blood pH;Maternal hemodynamics parameters (hypertension and heart rate) within 15 minutes after spinal anesthesia;Total consumption of vasoactive drugs before delivery;

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Blood gas analysis of other fetal umbilical arteries and umbilical veins;Apgar score 1 and 5 minutes after delivery;Incidence of maternal hypotension from lumbar anesthesia to fetal delivery;Time of first occurrence of hypotension after lumbar anesthesia;The incidence of severe maternal hypotension, reactive hypertension, bradycardia, nausea and vomiting;
