Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, women with singleton pregnancy (gestational age >= 37 weeks) undergoing elective cesarean section.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ASA=?,SBP 140mmHg, height 170 cm, age 40 years, obesity (body mass index =35kg/ m^2), allergy to phenylephrine or metaraminol , gestational hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia, intraspinal anesthesia contraindications, placenta previa, rupture of fetal membrane, fetal congenital malformations, etc
