Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a confirmed EGFR L858R mutation or 19Del before treatment; 2. NSCLC patients who were selected to receive osimertinib as a neoadjuvant therapy; 3. Patients who have undergone surgical treatment; 4. Individuals with clear imaging data (thoracic CT) before and after treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Neoadjuvant therapy combined with any systemic anticancer treatment; 2. Neoadjuvant therapy combined with any local anticancer treatment; 3. Patients with confirmed resistant mutation genes (Kras and T790M).
