Sedation group:BIS was maintained between 60 and 80 when Sugammadex administration.
General anesthesia group:BIS was maintained between 40 and 60 when Sugammadex administration.

18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients undergoing elective surgery, (2) Age: 18 ~ 75 years old (3) Body mass index (BMI) < 30 kg/m2 (4) ASA 1 ~ 3, no serious complications of heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organs. (5) Predicted surgical duration less than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who refused to enroll or refused to provide relevant information after surgery (2) Patients who are allergic to sugammadex. (3) Abnormal airway structure (restricted mouse open, micromandible, Mallampati classification > 3, OSAS, reduced extent of cervical movement) (4) Previous surgery or radiotherapy in the mouse, laryngeal or cervix (5) High risk of gastroesophageal reflux (hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, full stomach) (6) Chronic throat ache (7) Asthma, COPD or other restrictive ventilation dysfunction
