Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients over 18 years of age, with no history of AF, receiving emergency PCI within 24 hours of symptom onset and provided comprehensive clinical data during hospitalization.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Malignancy, non-obstructive coronary artery disease or primary cardiomyopathy, clinical symptoms of infection, autoimmune disease, significant hepatic and renal impairment, history of severe trauma within 6 months prior to emergency PCI, blood transfusion or surgery, and patients with a diagnosis of anemia.
