Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age =18 years). Patients diagnosed with MDRO infections based on culture results. Patients treated with antimicrobials for MDRO infections. Patients admitted to the study hospital between January 2020 and June 2024. Patients with complete diagnostic and case information.
