Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) be adults aged 18 years or older; 2) be proficient in smartphone; 3) possess decision-making capacity and able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) a diagnosis of mental disorders or communication impairments, 2) prior participation in other ACP trainings.
