Incontinent dermatitis

Interventions

Experimental group:Appling 3m skin protective dressing 2 around the anus and pasting a faeces collection bag for up to 3 days. Change the dressing when bag leakaged. The process is : ? clean and dry t
? Apply the 3m liquid dressing 2 and Leave it to dry
? Tension-free pasted faeces collecting bag. Bag removal process: if the edge of the bag get edged, the bag should be removed with Kangle adhesive.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In the MICU patients with diarrhea:(1) Patients with Class 2 incontinence dermatitis within a 10cm circumference around the anus; (2) Patients who failed to use conventional faeces collection bags.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Observable time < 2 days (2) Female patients without urinary ducts, female patients in menstrual period (3) Patients with high hip edema and continuous fluid seepage (4) Albumin lower than 25g/L (5) Severe coagulation dysfunction (6) Severe local burns and wounds (7) Patients with abnormal mental consciousness and unable to cooperate with intervention measures.
