Interventions

intervention group:On the basis of routine care, the researchers conducted dense pumping strategies once a day for the parturient, with a total intervention duration of 7 days.
control group:Only routine care will be provided without dense pumping strategies, with a total duration of 7 days.

20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Maternal age = 20 years old; (2) At the time of delivery, the gestational age is between 28-33+6 weeks, and the newborn is immediately sent to the NICU due to pathological factors; (3) No abnormalities in breast development, voluntary breastfeeding; (4) Pregnant women should bring their own electric breast pump; (5) Agree to accept the research and be able to cooperate and provide truthful feedback.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Mothers may experience insufficient lactation due to certain pathological factors; Pregnancy complicated with type I diabetes and severe anemia during pregnancy; Pregnancy complicated with severe hypertension, heart disease, and immune system disorders affects postpartum milking and breastfeeding; (2) Those who receive treatment with other instruments or artificial breast massage for lactation promotion; (3) Pre pregnancy obesity (BMI>27kg/m2); (4) Research subjects who use levodopa, estrogen, bromoergotide, and other substances that affect prolactin levels; (5) Late stage premature infants (gestational age between 34-36+6 weeks) with maternal infant separation<7 days; (6) Premature infants whose condition worsens, their lives are in critical condition, and their families abandon treatment during the treatment process.
