Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with an endometrial thickness =7 mm on the day of transformation in previous ART cycles (Note: Some participants in the preliminary group reached a maximum thickness of 8 or 9 mm, but had a lower endometrial thickness on the day of transformation); (2) Age between 20 and 40 years; (3) Planned single frozen-thawed blastocyst transfer (including IVF, ICSI, and PGT-A assisted reproductive cycles); (4) At least one frozen blastocyst remaining from an IVF/ICSI cycle or at least one transferable euploid embryo from a PGT-A cycle, with a Gardner morphological score of =4BC, and the blastocyst was frozen on day 5 or day 6.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The embryo planned for thawing and resuscitation is from egg donation or frozen egg sources, or has undergone a second freezing procedure; (2) Untreated uterine conditions such as endometrial polyps, chronic endometritis, submucosal fibroids, or a history of endometrial tuberculosis; (3) Untreated hydrosalpinx visible on ultrasound; (4) A history of immune system diseases, such as antiphospholipid syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, or rheumatic diseases; (5) Contraindications to estrogen or progesterone therapy, such as a history of breast cancer or risk of thrombosis; (6) Contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, including a history of ear or chest surgery, claustrophobia, etc.; (7) Participants who cannot enter an FET cycle within one month after hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
