Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as obese in children and adolescents aged 6-15 years Have a clear desire to lose weight Children and their parents agree to participate in the study and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe comprehension impairment or mental illness Participating in other studies, or have taken drugs that affect metabolism and have weight loss effects within the last 3 months The clinician assessed that participation in the study was not appropriate for other reasons
