Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infertile women who have undergone IVF assisted pregnancy in our department and have indications for IVF, excluding contraindications, are planned to undergo resuscitation transplantation in our department; Age<40 years old Normal liver and kidney function; BMI between 18-24kg/m2 No other endocrine related diseases, no history of endocrine related tumors; High score blastocyst with D5 score = 3AA, 3AB, 3BA, 3BB or D6 score = 4AA, 4AB, 4BA, 4BB; = 1 high score blastocyst transfer
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Reproductive system malformations and organic lesions: such as severe uterine malformations or a history of multiple intrauterine adhesions; Presence of uterine polyps, uterine fluid accumulation, fallopian tube fluid accumulation, etc; There is a reproductive system infection; Either spouse has chromosomal abnormalities, or has a history of consanguineous marriage or family genetic diseases; Severe endocrine disorders, history of thrombotic diseases, malignant tumors, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases; Abnormal semen routine of the male partner; Long term smoking patients.
