Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Parkinson's disease" and the Hoehn-Yahr rating is > 2 points; ? between 45 and 80 years old; ? PD was treated with drugs for at least 1 month before entering the group; ? Participate voluntarily and cooperate with the subject group and treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with Parkinson's syndrome or superimposed syndrome; ? Complicated with severe medical diseases or complications such as stroke and tumor; ? Depression, mental illness, severe cognitive, auditory and visual impairment; ? those who do not want to receive acupuncture; ? Patients with metal implants in the brain who are not suitable for rTMS; ? Participants in other clinical trials that affect the evaluation of the results of this study.
