Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meeting the diagnostic criteria of diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot Wagner stage 0; ? Age: 18-80 years old, both sexes; ? agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form. Note: Normal group can meet ??.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Women in physiological period, pregnancy and lactation; ? patients with previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, hematologic diseases, severe trauma or major surgery; ? patients with diabetic ketoacidosis, hypertensive crisis or hypertensive encephalopathy; ? diseases with abnormal body temperature as the main manifestation, such as infection, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, acute thyroiditis, hypovolemia, etc.; Other types of neuropathy; Patients with local skin damage; 5) past history of mental illness.
