Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1). Diagnose colorectal malignancy based on the patient’s chief complaint, physical examination, laboratory examination, imaging examination, colonoscopy and biopsy; the diagnostic standards refer to the 2023 edition of "Chinese Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Standards" (2). The patient undergoes colorectal surgery After cancer surgery, the pathological diagnosis of the postoperative specimen was colorectal malignant tumor; (3). Combined with medical diseases before surgery, but able to tolerate surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with incomplete medical records, laboratory tests or imaging tests; (2) Those with late preoperative tumor stage and only receiving palliative surgery; (3) Preoperative urinary system infection, prostatic hyperplasia, and urinary system malformation , preoperative indwelling urinary catheter, etc; (4) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency; (5) Patients with severe autoimmune diseases; (6) Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (7) Patients with severe hematological diseases ; (8) Patients with serious infections of other systems.
