18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) met the World Health Organization (WHO) diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes, fasting blood glucose 7.0 ml / L; or 2h postprandial blood glucose 11.1mml/L; or random blood glucose 11.1mml/L; (2) primary diagnosis and no hypoglycemic drugs, insulin, and diet and exercise control therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) age 70 years; (2) type 1 diabetes or other types of diabetes; (3) other endocrine diseases, such as type 2 diabetes, thyroid disease, etc; (4) antihypertensive and lipid lowering drugs; (5) severe liver and kidney insufficiency; (6) pregnancy; (7) cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
