Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with anterior fork ligament injury should be treated with surgery. After surgery, he could not walk with normal weight and needed to use a wheelchair for daily transfer. 2. The diagnosis of meniscus injury was followed by surgical trimming or suture. 3. Aged between 18 and 60 4. Can independently use a wheelchair for daily transfer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiovascular disease (hypertension, diabetes, etc.) 2. Patients with severe osteoporosis 3.Age 60 years 4. Postoperative joint infection 5. Upper limb disease can not independently use a wheelchair 6. Patients with other parts of the body injury need to be strictly confined to bed
