Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children with GDD: (1) meeting the diagnostic criteria for GDD, failing to meet the expected developmental indicators in = two developmental dimensions of the Gesell scale, with a score of < 75 in the adaptive area; (2) aged between 2 and 5 years old, right-handed; consent of the patient's family and informed consent, signed consent form. (3) No neurotrophic factor/vasodilator drug treatment in the last 3 months; (4) The patient's family agreed and signed the consent form. Inclusion criteria of HC: Normal developmental children attending pediatric outpatient clinic of our hospital, children of employees of our hospital, and kindergarteners with normal development were recruited. (1) The children had no history of hypoxia-asphyxia, traumatic brain injury, or family genetic history; (2) They were between 2 and 5 years old and right-handed; (3) Their families agreed and signed a consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for the experimental group: children with severe vision and hearing problems were excluded. Exclusion criteria for the control group: excluding children with severe visual and hearing problems.
