Sudden pain after knee replacement surgery

Interventions

Experimental group Z:Ultrasound guided adductor block: 133mg of bupivacaine liposomes were diluted to 20ml with physiological saline.
Control group C:Ultrasound guided adductor block: 0.375% bupivacaine 20 ml.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The age range of the patients at Bazhong Central Hospital is 50-79 years old, with American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grades I-III. They are scheduled to undergo elective knee replacement surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for peripheral nerve block (such as infection at the puncture site, sepsis, coagulation dysfunction, and allergy to local anesthetics); 2. There is already central or peripheral neuropathy in the lower limbs before surgery; 3. Individuals with cognitive function, hearing, language disorders, a history of mental illness, difficulty communicating, or severe mental disorders that make it difficult to cooperate; 4. Long term use of analgesic drugs; ? Serious cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases; 6. BMI>30kg/m^2.
