Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Tennis players with a skill level of 1 or above. 2.The training years are all over 9 years, in good health, with no sports injuries or illnesses in the first six months of the test, and no participation in strenuous exercise within 24 hours before the test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of sports injuries or illnesses that affect athletic performance.
