18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Can understand and cooperate with the corresponding inspection, and voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years with severe persistent asthma that is not effectively controlled by inhaled corticosteroids and long-acting ß2 agonists (requiring GINA step 4 and 5 asthma medications to maintain control, or presenting with "uncontrolled" asthma even with these levels of therapy), regardless of gender or ethnicity; 3. Diagnosis of asthma =3 months according to the diagnostic criteria defined by GINA; 4. Participants with normal heart, lung, liver and kidney function will be selected for this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unable to cooperate with the relevant inspection of the project or for other reasons; Patients with any of the following conditions at the time of treatment: 1. Patients with implanted pacemakers, defibrillators and other electronic devices; 2. Acute myocardial infarction within 6 weeks; 3. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease who cannot undergo bronchoscopy; 4.Patients who are allergic to anesthetic drugs and cannot perform bronchoscopy; 5. Patients with coagulation dysfunction that cannot be corrected; 6. People who have not stopped using anticoagulant drugs or antiplatelet drugs due to other diseases; 7. Failure to control asthma leads to severe lung function damage; 8. have a history of fatal asthma; 9. Other complications that were not controlled. Will not participate in this study.
